Tell a tale: The Wonderful Wizard of OZ

At the beginning of the school year the students of class I-III D started a new project called "Tell a tale" in cooperation with the class V of the primary school of Lugnano in Teverina.
We read the story and some info on the writer and the pupils of the primary school read the story too and made some activities on the vocabulary, the characters, the places and so on. They also created some posters on what they did.
The students of class I-III D had to prepare a show to tell the story to their younger friends.
So after having decided the characters and having read the script together they started to learn it and to prepare the scenes.

Then, some weeks ago, they started to rehearse and in this way they had the chance to practice both for the show and the language with the new words they learnt and the intonation to use in the various scenes.
