Yesterday we went to Florence together with our Spanish friends.
The weather wasn't very nice and it rained "cats and dogs" while we were inside the Uffizi Gallery. We had the chance to see beautiful paintings and the Italian students have been great tourist guides. In fact they explained the most important paintings in English, some other students told info about Palazzo Vecchio in French and teacher Paolo gave us full explanation on Santa maria Novella, on the Cathedral and on the awesome statue of David by Michelangelo!
After all this "culture" we went walking in the rain and had a delicious ice cream!
